Mural @ Smith Street (Completed: August 2006)
Album Description:
In 2006, Carolyn Clancy Higgins, an artist from South Buffalo, spent many summer days during 2006 creating a grant funded mural on an abandoned rail line abutment at the foot of Smith Street.

The wall, which spans 142 feet long, has been transformed from an ugly concrete wall filled with graffiti into a beautiful cityscape focusing on the Buffalo River.
